Amazing!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay over the Chinese New Year! We managed to check in early, the staff was really attentive and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The breakfast wasn't in the booking, but we didn't try their banana bread from the restaurant - and I'm still thinking about it. The bed was really comfortable and it was cleaned almost daily. I would recommend this place to friends and would return myself for sure.

The hotel arranges tours for the surrounding areas and we have booked through them twice. There was some miscommunication as first we were not provided by the snorkelling gear we paid for and then second we didn't get the beach towels we paid for. However, they have refunded us for the price. All the ladies at the reception were extremely helpful, however there was this one guy who it was a difficult to deal with. When I previously spoke with an other reception lady she said they can arrange us a tour with Ziplining included, but then when I spoke with him he said it was impossible? I felt a bit looked down by him and tried to avoid speaking to him for the rest of my stay.

Wonderful

Staff are very courteous, kind, helpful. Very accommodating.... The rooms are huge and soo clean. Have lots of pillows . The place is walking distance to market, SM Mall, Pasalubong Center and very very near the airport... Very accessible... We'll definitely go back there

The staff were very friendly, the floral displays were stunning and breakfast was very good although so early!

Had to move room as the one we were given was very noisy with road noise, second room much better although no view. Wish breakfast was on till later than 9am as no chance for a lie in!

Thoroughly recommended stay

Everything else was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean and of high quality. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so polite and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend staying here - fantastic value for money.

The location is well positioned for the Airport but it is a little bit away from the centre of the town and far from other Puerto Princesa attractions. Booking taxis or trikes is essential.

Nice big interconnecting rooms. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. They were very welcoming.

They need to improve on their breakfast, which was quite limited.

Family vacation

The property was always clean and our rooms were always well cleaned and fresh bedding. The location was good, just out of the centre of the city. The reception catered for our trips and nothing was too much trouble for them, we were looked after very well.

There wasn't really anything not to like, if I was to be picky I'd say the noice from downstairs could be a little loud having two small children in our party. I have to say it is being a bit picky though.

What a great find. Lovely staff and owner - Jason. Nice comfy room and one of the best beds I've ever slept in. Good breakfast in the morning too. Very close to the beach, restaurants and bars too.

Comfortable and amazing place to stay in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and were attentive to all the issues we had with the safe and also our WiFi, which wasn’t working inside the room. The massages we had in our room were AMAZING and it was very quick to request 2 masseuse. I also love how the hotel was close to all the destinations we had to go to (Cathedral, SM Mall, Restaurants, Laundry). Also the free shuttle to and from the airport went smoothly and made everything easy for us. Our stay was great overall, thank you!

Will definitely get back here!

Really loved the place. They have a luxurious, tropical vibe in it. The room we had was extra clean and comfy, and on top of that, they included some ironing equipments so you don't have to worry about your clothes while travelling. Definitely worth the price!

One of my favorite hotel in Puerto Princesa City.

As usual, the location is excellent, airport is with in few minutes as well as the SM Store. Again, arrived early at the hotel and my room is ready. The staff at the reception are very helpful and courteous.
